Did you know that education technology was not used in schools until the 1950′s? In fact, the first computer was not invented until 1822. Before technology was used students had the joy of using equipment like blackboards and chalk. Teachers started using computers in the classroom in the 1990′s. Education technology has made it much more easier on the teacher so that they can quickly gather data, engage students in learning, and it creates easier communication through out school districts. Over the years education technology has assisted students in learning.
